Please note these are NOT guided tours and we do not have facilities.
We offer guided tours for groups or organisations which comprise a tour of the House, taking in the ground floor reception rooms, inner and outer halls, main staircase and first floor gallery and all formal bedrooms. Visitors are then welcome to walk round the gardens afterwards if they wish and enjoy the formal areas such as the Edwardian Rock Garden, Italian Garden and Orangery, as well as the surrounding parkland.
The tours are conducted by members of the family and our tour guides Flavia Swann and archivist Neil Hatfield who will be able to answer any questions the family does not know the answers to!
We cater for numbers between 20 and 40 per tour.
